How to reach Ranthambore National Park for Safari

Jaipur is the nearest International airport to reach Ranthambore National Park or Sawai Madhopur. Sawai Madhopur Railway station is well connected with other parts of India. Road conditions are good so easily drive from Jaipur or Agra to reach Ranthambore. Rajasthan state operating buses run to Sawai Madhopur. Private taxi available from Jaipur ir near by cities to reach Ranthambore National Park.

Best Time for Jeep Safari in Ranthambore National Park 

Ranthambore National Park is remains open from October to June every year. Park gets close during monsoon season. Entry zone 1-5 is very popular among travelers to Ranthambore.  According to the weather condition October to March is the best time to go for jeep safari in Ranthambore. Morning Jeep Safari start from 06:30 AM to 09:30 AM. Evening Jeep Safari timing is 02:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Ranthambore National Park is remain closed on every Wednesday for jeep safari.

Day 1: Jaipur – Ranthambore National Park ( 180 KMS – 3 Hrs drive)

Day 2: Ranthambore Jeep Safari ( Morning and Evening safari) 

Wake up early in the morning and get set for the morning safari. There are 11 zones to get entry in the Ranthambore National Park. You can take two safaris morning and evening shifts in the same zone in which the tigers have more movements. Where you may spot the sight some tigers  and other wild animals. Your adventurous safari will also include viewing of various wild animals. Get a chance to see  wild boar, deer, crocodile and rarest of rare birds. In the evening pay visit to the Jhoomar Bawadi, an artificial lake in Ranthambore. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Ranthambore National Park – Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary 

You can try once to visit the National Park if you have not spotted the tigers in last two visits. After having your breakfast, get ready to head towards Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. On arrival check into the hotel and enjoy a visit to Lohagarh Fort which situated near Bharatpur. Have a sumptuous lunch at a good restaurant. Stay Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Bharatpur – Bird Watching Tour 

After having your breakfast, get ready to explore Keoladevi National Park. The national park is the abode of several migratory and varied range of bird species. Now go back to your hotel. Post lunch, get ready for an enthralling voyage to various monuments at Bharatpur. Enjoyable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Bharatpur – Jaipur or Agra Taj Mahal 

After having your breakfast, get ready to head towards Jaipur  or  visit Agra Taj Mahal. We will arrange transfer accordingly. Your Ranthambore Wildlife Tour package comes to end.
